What models do your BlackBerry cases fit?
Our current BlackBerry Curve case is suitable for 8520, 8530, 9300, 9330 & any models with the dimensions: 109 x 60 x 13.9mm. The case does NOT fit the BlackBerry Curve 9360/ 9350, 9320, 8900/ 8930 or discontinued models 8300, 8310, 8320, 8330 and 8350i. Our current BlackBerry Bold case is suitable for the BlackBerry Bold 9700 & 9780 or all models with the dimensions: 109 x 60 x 14 mm. The case does NOT fit the BlackBerry Bold 9900/ 9930, 9000, or 9790.
What's the difference between the Solo and the Dual case?
The Dual is a two-piece case featuring a luxury rubberised inner liner and an outer PCP hard shell, which can be customised with your own image. The case therefore maximises protection for your mobile, with the liner cushioning the smartphone against shock and the outer shell protecting against impact. The unique design also allows the elastomer liner to protude above the screen, preventing damage if the phone is dropped or placed face down. You may choose your inner liner, black or white depending on your iPhone and we hope to be able to offer an even larger variety of colours soon! The Solo is a one-piece, lightweight and durable PCP hard case, perfect for keeping your beloved Smartphone stylish and scratch-free with a totally slim-fit design, perfect for the fashion-conscious customer who wants to protect their Smartphone while keeping it looking sleek and chic!

How does it work?
You can have your own unique personalised phone case in 4 easy steps. Simply click on GET STARTED and either upload your own image or choose from our library. Then choose your device, position your image on the screen as you want it and click on ‘buy this case.’ Choose your delivery method and once we receive your order we print your very own unique case and send it to you ready for you to attach onto your device. Simple.
How are LikeMyCase products printed?
We use our patented 3D printing machines which embed your image straight into the case. The results are truly mesmerising!
Can I use any image?
You can upload any image to our website as long as you have the rights to use it and it isn't offensive.
Will the colour be an exact match?
At LikeMyCase we endeavour to match as best as possible the image colours you have provided. Due to the nature of the print process we cannot guarantee pantone colour matching and occasionally some slight colour variation may occur.
Will the image on the case be exactly where I placed it on the website?
We aim to print the images on the case exactly how you request it. However, a 0-2mm differentiation can happen, although this shouldn’t be noticeable!
Is this a sticker?
NO! At LikeMyCase we print your image onto our specially designed protective cases. These are lightweight hard durable slimfit cases that allow you to protect and personalise your device.
Are your cases drop proof?
Your case will protect your phone from normal wear and tear but we cannot guarantee it against drops of any kind. However, we do offer the LikeMyCase Replace Scheme where you will get 50% off a new case if you break yours for any reason at any time. Remember, although we cannot guarantee it, there have been many examples where phones have been saved by our cases. In fact, we do not know of a single incident where a phone has broken with our case on – it’s a bit like a crash helmet!
What is the LikeMyCase Replace scheme?
If you break your case for any reason at any time LikeMyCase will give you a 50% discount on a new one! You might drop and break your case, but we won’t drop you! Simply send your broken case back and we will send you a replacement for half price. Please note the LikeMyCase Replace scheme is limited to identical product and we will contact you for payment details.
What is the LikeMycase 'Refer A Friend' programme?
The LikeMyCase Refer A Friend programme is a reward system which gives your friends 10% off every LikeMyCase purchase, and puts £2.50 in your pocket for every purchase made | The LikeMyCase Refer A Friend programme is available to all individuals who have ‘Liked’ the LikeMyCase Facebook page on www.facebook.com/likemycase, and emailed info@likemycase.com with their email address details | Discounts are applied through a unique promotion code which will be sent to your email in response to contacting us | Payments will be made monthly by cheque | You will accrue £2.50 each time your unique code is used on LikeMyCase.com. Will my payment and personal information be secure and confidential?
Security is a top priority for us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the most up-to-date technology available to protect your personal details. How much is postage and packaging?
Postage and packing is currently FREE for all standard UK and international orders. There are also expedited options for both UK and international customers, both of which incur an extra charge and can be selected at the time of purhcasing. Can I order a case to be sent to someone other than myself?
Yes, just provide us with details of their address and we will arrange for your order to be sent to their address instead.

Help! I am experiencing technical difficulties. What shall I do?
If you receive an unexpected error message or something strange happens while you are using the site, please contact us.
Before going live, new functionality on the site is checked thoroughly with as many combinations of Internet Browsers and Operating Systems as possible. However, there are thousands of combinations and sometimes bugs can slip through the net.
If this is the case, we will be ‘on the case’ to fix the error as quickly as possible. There are a few very old and rare browsers that we just can't support because they don't have enough functionality to allow the site to work. In these cases we recommend upgrading to a newer browser. It's easy and free and it will make it easier for your view all modern websites - not just ours.
Why am I having difficulty with uploading my photos?
We have some very specific restrictions on images that can be uploaded and this may be why you are having difficulty. Please make sure you save your image in JPEG format, and we suggest you set the dimensions to approximately 1000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos. Our site can accept reasonable sized image files, but the limit is around 4Mb per file, so if you find your image is not accepted, it is worth checking the file to ensure its file size is no larger than 4Mb.
If you try to upload a photo that has a low resolution or image size, we will still accept the image but please be aware that the photo may not print very well.
